Eating Carrots

This section is all about eating carrots. It includes guides on how best to eat them, in order to get the most nutrition. Carrots are rich in antioxidants which help protect the body from free radicals, fight disease, and are packed full of vitamins and minerals too. Carrots are so diverse that you’ll find them in a host of recipes the world over, often referred to as one part of the holy trinity of cooking. Whilst cooking carrots does tend to reduce their nutritional value that is offset by how great some dishes taste.  Carrot cake anyone?
