Blue Zones & Longevity

What are the Blue Zones? How do they differ from other longevity studies? The term “blue zones” refers to areas around the globe where people live longer than average. These places include Sardinia, Ikaria, Okinawa, Nicoya Peninsula Costa Rica, and Icaria Greece.
